Due for completion in 2008 this project brief required a 3 storey addition to the rear of an existing row of shops. With harbour views the living rooms are located on the upper level, adjustable aluminium louvre screens provide privacy & protection from the western sun.

The massing consists of 3 distinct forms constructed of 3 different materials including double brick to the basement & ground floor & the split level living rooms clad in panelled sheets & zincalume mini-orb. The combination of materials & articulated form provide relief to the 3-storey façade to the streetscape
